Does anyone buy Artemis Fresh Mix Small Breed puppy or adult dog food?

I am looking for a healthy food for my dog and puppy. Is this a good food? The protein and fat levels ( 25% and 15% adult - 29% and 18% puppy) are higher than their current foods. Are these healthy amounts? My adult dog has a very sensitive tummy. Also her current food seems to be making her itchy.
Would the Artemis Fresh Mix Adult Dog formula (23% protein, 14% fat) be okay for small 10 pound dogs and puppies? Would it be better than the Small Breed food since the protein and fat are lower?

I bought some of the "Artemis FreshMix Small Breed Adult" while I was visiting Florida earlier this month (unfortunately, it's not available in my home state of Kansas).

It is EXCELLENT food. Fabulous ingredients.

The puppy food is higher in protein than many puppy foods, but still within reasonable limits for a small breed, although it's on the upper limits. (I personally don't go over 30% protein for my dog, but many people seek out high-protein low-carb foods for their dogs and apparently the dogs do well on them. Protein levels is a heavily debated topic. I prefer to stay more moderate in the protein levels (24-26%) I feed my dog.)

Keep in mind that even high-quality dog foods are not one-size-fits-all. What one dog thrives on may not jive with the system of the next dog.
