15 5'4 118 I want to loose some weight?
i DONT want people telling me i shouldn't try! i didnt ask for that! i have a tummy and i want to loose it and my legs disgust me i get from my dads side thats what he says (he calls them the "black" genes) i hate looking at my body because i'm never satisfied! i've tried everything! i used to have a flat stomach and somewhat smaller legs. and its almost summer! i never wear tankinis and one pieces always bakinis! and i don't wont a ugly buddha belly when i go to the hamptons! is their anyway i could loose weight before may!! i'll even try starving myself!! thats how desperate i am!! anything!! ive been dancing all my life i play soccer every year and it hasnt been helping!! something that'll show improvment in two weeks! and it has to be accurate! give me the site as well. It sounds like you want to TONE not lose weight. You do NOT need to lose weight. Your current BMI is 20 and the "healthy weight" range is 18.5-25. You are much closer to being underweight than you are to being overweight. Starving is a horrible way to diet no matter what weight you are. It will do the exact opposite of what you desire. You are not going to see a ton of improvement in two weeks no matter what you do but you will see some small changes. You definitely need to deal with the emotional side of all of this. You need confidence and good self-image, which I know is hard at 15, but it is important.
You still need to learn how to eat healthfully no matter what age or weight you are. http://mypyramid.gov/pyramid/index.html can show you what you need to eat so that you are getting the right nutrients and maintaining weight.
As for how to tone, Yoga or Pilates are both really great. I'm including some links to some great resources to find toning exercises. Make sure you do them correctly so you don't hurt yourself and so that you get the results you want. Also make sure to be consistent. You will see the most results more quickly if you are consistent.
