Am I getting too much sugar?

i'm 15 and I only eat natrual or organic foods.
Okay, so my cereal in the morning has about 14-16 g. of sugar (I eat alot of it, it's Cascadian Farm organic)
With milk or soymilk, and 1 cup of milk has 12 grams of sugar.
I love eating Cascadian Farm bars, they have about 12/13 gr. of sugar each. I like Odwalla bars too and they have 20 g. of sugar each.

I don't eat them everyday though, but I try to get enough vitamins from my food without going overboard on sugar. I eat fruit but I'm not sure how much sugar it has in it. I guess I'd say I get about 60 g. a day? Around there? I'm VERY health conscience so I'd like your opinion...

And do you know any health foods I might like that aren't really hard to find?

I'm going to get diabetes and die.
I always thought eating bread
and all carbs was ok because I have
a fast metabolism.
Now I guess I better eat less.
