Why you would want a dual flush toilet when purchasing Bathroom Furniture?
Since the beginning, people have come up with countless ways of getting rid of waste. From holes in the ground to outhouses all the way to the modern day toilets we know so very well. The conventional toilet actually serves its purpose very well, but even that is changing and a new, dual-flush toilet is taking the stage.
There are many reasons why you would want a dual-flush toilet. The first and most popular reason is that it simply takes less water to operate. It is designed with a larger trap way that doesn't clog as often, and is designed to use much less water to flush efficiently. A second reason would be the dual-flush technology.
When flushing, you can select whether you’re flushing solid or liquid waste, and the toilet will only use the amount of water required for each: less than a gallon of water for liquid waste, and around 1.6 gallons for solid waste. Either of these amounts is much less than older styles of toilets which use 5 or more gallons for each flush, and is also more efficient than the more modern low-flow toilets.
In an age where water is becoming more expensive and water savings and conservation is becoming more popular, Dual flush toilet is quickly catching on. Today, they are most popular in Australia, Europe, and Asia, but their efficient design and water savings is becoming more and more attractive to North Americans.
Dual flush toilets may cost a little bit more than a standard conventional toilet, but the savings in the long run would definitely outweigh the upfront cost. So, if you’re looking for ways to lower your utility bills or do more to save our planet, choose the right Bathroom Furniture

I live in a duplex, and when the neighbor flushes their toilet, I hear a drip in the wall.?
Whenever the neighbor flushes, I can hear a drip inside the wall that seperates the two kitchens.(Side By Side duplex). It sounds like it is going from under the floor in the bathroom (2nd floor) and hitting the "floor" in the kitchen (1st floor). When I check the basement ceiling under where the sound is, it is dry and has no evidence of water. What do I do?
I've experienced similar in many apartment complexes I've lived in. You're probably okay, but if you're worried, keep an eye on it. It might be worth it to ask around, friends, neighbors, relatives, see if anyone knows an honest plumber who wouldn't mind answering a question for you *pro bono* or check it out without charging you an arm and a leg. Have you let your neighbor know about your concern? It may be something you both can look into and split the cost on if there is damage that is in need of repair. Also, do you have an HOA? Are plumbing issues covered under it if so? Often times they are, at least in my experience and around where I live.
Good luck!
