Is it possible to gain weight "too fast" when trying to gain weight?

I want to gain anywhere from 2-4 more pounds. I'm 5'3, about 96-97 pounds currently. I personally like the way I look, but my parents are making me gain more weight. (I used to struggle with anorexia) I've gained about ten pounds so far..

Anyways, I'm capable of eating A LOT in one day. Is it bad to eat as much as I can (as long as I don't make myself nauseous) to gain weight? Or do I need to stick to a strict 2,500 calorie diet?

For the most part, I eat healthy foods. The only time I eat "unhealthy" is when I want pancakes or waffles for breakfast. That's definitely in moderation though.

The foods I eat are:
Eggs
Whole wheat bread
Yogurt
Vegetarian Sausage patties(lots of protein for a vegetarian!)
Orange Juice
Apples
Bananas
String cheese
cottage cheese
whole wheat pita bread
carrots
kashi golean
total cereal (100% nutrition)
Healthy frozen dinners

are there any other good foods I should be eating? My hair is still thinning, that's why I'm asking.

Yes yes yes. Having anorexia I'm sure you know that already. Gaining weight too quickly is just as bad as losing weight too quickly. No more than 2lbs per week.
