The Balancing Act on Lifetime Television spotlights fast, convenient Mexican food
(Pompano Beach, FL April 14, 2009) – Mexican food isn’t just for parties and snacks. It’s become a staple in many American homes. The Balancing Act on Lifetime Television will tantalize taste buds with some south-of-the-border delicacies. The show features Eduardo Pria, chef at Eduardo de San Angel, along with Kim Ruiz Beck of Ruiz Foods, whose family has been creating Mexican fare for 45 years under the El Monterey label. The segment will air 3rd quarter 2009.
